• Proactive handling on warnings/alerts on customer systems through Monitoring system.
• Customer phone “Support-line” responder.
• Solve tickets/Alerts created in Servicedesk system based on SOPs and escalation to 2’nd level.
• Monitoring services/servers and react when needed.
• Documentation of resolutions.
• Daily routine back-office tasks.
• Nightshifts outside office hours will occur.
• Part of the 24/7-team - Working in shifts scheduled monthly.
• VMWare
• Windows 7/10 OS
• Windows Server 2012/2016
• Serviceminded and experienced in customer handling in a professional and friendly way.
• Energetic, engaged, persistant and like to keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• Teamplayer but can work independently.
• English writing and speaking must be fluent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an IT Servicedesk.
