• Solve tickets/alerts created/escalated in Servicedesk system and escalation to 3rd level when needed.
• Standby shifts for receving calls from 1st responders outside office hours.
• Project based tasks and internal customer on-/off-boarding tasks.
• Documentation of escalated resolutions/SOP creation.
• Substitute for 1st responders when needed.
• Daily routine back-office tasks.
High skilled IT-professional level knowledge on below is a must:
• VMWare administration.
• VMware VDI Administration.
• Veeam Backup solutions
• Windows 7/10 OS troubleshooting.
• Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 setup and configurations.
• Certificate handling/renewal process.
• MS Exchange / Shell.
• MS O365/Exchange administration.
• SQL administration
• DNS, DHCP, IP and Network administration.
• SolarWinds MSP N-Central

• Serviceminded and experienced in customer handling in a professional and friendly way.
• Energetic, engaged, persistant and like to keep an overview even in hectic situations.
• Teamplayer but can work independently.
• English speaking and writing must be fluent.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar position in an IT Servicedesk.
