On behalf of our partner we are looking for a HR Analyst.
- Provide support to the local team in all personnel administration matters
- Create reports and database to support the KPI tracking
- HR administrative support - mainly with monthly payroll closing
- Professional cooperation with outsourced providers in payroll, legal advisors etc.
- Coordination with all leaders in the Company for talent acquisition, development and retention need
- Personal and professional development of colleagues, which involves employee onboarding, development actions, maintaining mentoring programs
- Employee welfare, safety, wellness and health issues – keeping in touch with local providers, status tracking, documentation
- HR policy development in cooperation with the HR Director and documentation
- Support the performance management process working closely with senior management within the organization, creating reports, tracking progress etc.
- Contribute to the development of market competitive compensation and benefits systems
- Manage communication activities within the company
- Give ad-hoc office management related support to the Company
- Facility and Car-fleet management support in cooperation with the provider
- Academic degree in economics or degree in Human Resources management
- Few years of experience in payroll or HR administration
- Some experience in online recruitment channels (Linkedin, Profession etc.)
- Fluent English knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Structured, proactive thinking
- Openness to acquire new knowledge in HR
- Quick thinking and a self-starter attitude
- Preferences: experience in multinational environment (SSC is preferred)
