On behalf of our partner we are looking for a Logistics Fulfillment Team Leader.
Ensure a Finished Goods Order-to-Delivery wing-to-wing Fulfillment Process
Escalation point for critical sales order both F&M and ZeeWeed
Main support for Brilliant Fulfillment initiatives
Supervise Shipping processes for the Oroszlany site and for the EMEA region for ES business
Manage and control inbound and outbound deliveries in line with local regulations and company's compliance policies & guidelines
Support and cooperate on freight tenders
Audit and approve freight invoices
Actively manage drop shipments into EMEA region
Maximize On-Time-Delivery KPI metric (OTC – On Time to Confirmation)
Maintain and develop regional and logistics processes
Manage, organize and controll transportation specialists daily work. Allocate resources as per actual business needs
Cooperate with other departments in all logistics related issues
Track shipments till completion and report tracking information to related parties
Manage, control, analyze and report freight costs on regular basis
Identify and execute logistics cost saving projects
Work on continuous improvement of processes and tasks of the logistics team. Create crossfunctional synergies.
Manage logistic service providers, keep regular business reviews (QBR) with key providers
Eliminate roadblocks of deliveries, revenue recognitions in logistics, customs area when issue escalated his or her attention
Keep contact with Customs Authorities in terms of audits, certifications, actual imports and exports
Partnering with product management on portfolio simplification projects, represent local team’s interests
Act as Subject Matter Expert in SAP logistics related fields
Drive and participate in office digitization projects, and ensure digital approach in logitics – shipping – customs area .
Develop Product knowledge of the assigned portfolio – understand the logistics aspects of the ZeeWeed and F&M products per destinations
Idea generation role – continuously working on efficiency projects with operation teams
Required education and experience

Essential:
Bachelor or Master degree in Economics – preferably in Logistics specialization
Minimum of 3 years Logistics and International Trade experience (incoterms, customs regulations, …)
Solid understanding of global transportation modes and process
Active Business English and Hungarian communication skills oral and written;
Strong Microsoft Office self-confident user;
Affinity to use digital approach in day-to-day work;
Self-confident, cooperative, reliable, accurate; has sense for urgency, able to work with fixed deadlines and in changing environment;
Open personality; having good communication skills;
Passionate, having the interest in working within teams
Change & Transformation driver mentality
Minimum 2 years leadership experience
