Helpdesk Analyst supports one of our client’s HR systems and provides input and guidance to resolve system and process challenges. Oversees the creation and management of reports and ensures the integrity of all related data.
• Collaborates closely with related departments to ensure processes and system functionality meet the business and end-user needs.
• Initiates and drives continuous improvement.
• Monitors and ensures the integrity of employee and company data, through the development of processes for auditing and validating.
• Creates, edits and prepares regular reports and dashboards on workforce metrics
• Supports ad hoc reporting requests as necessary.
• Conducts the review, testing, and implementation of new modules.
• Serves as escalation point for the team on researching and resolving system or integration issues and unexpected results or process flaws.
• Works with key application support partners like IT, Oracle, vendors.
• Able to document standard operating procedures, guidelines and train users on new processes and functionalities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of progressive administration experience (particularly Enterprise systems like Oracle, SAP etc.)
• Experience in troubleshooting application errors, able to perform data analysis, monitoring processes and tracking issues
• Fluency in English.
